Terms & Conditions

Clorvia is a subscription customer-relationship-management platform. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription term.

You are responsible for your account, your users, and keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity in your workspace.

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis per seat. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice effective at your next renewal. Free plans may have usage limits.

Paid plans include a 14-day free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription converts to a paid plan at the then-current rate.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, infringing others’ rights, or using it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You retain all rights to the data you store in Clorvia. You grant us the limited rights needed to host and provide the service. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your content.

We work to keep the service available and provide support according to your plan. Enterprise plans may include a service-level agreement. We may perform maintenance with notice where practical.

The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. We may suspend or terminate for material breach. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period.
